Roohdaar (Meenakshi Kirtane) is a passionate teacher and philosopher with a vision to develop well-trained psychotherapists and psychodramatists across India. With over two decades of experience, she has been transforming lives by training people to become psychotherapists, and facilitating organizational heads, social workers, educators, couples, and individuals to reach their fullest potential.
A certified Person-Centered Therapist and Psychodramatist, accredited by the Australian and Aotearoa Board of Psychodrama, Roohdaar is also a certified psychodrama supervisor and educator for India. Her approach emphasizes translating personal potential into daily life, working with joy, kindness, and warmth. Roohdaar travels across India to empower others and expand the wave of healing.

Chief Guest - Marcia Karp
Hailing from the UK, Marcia Karp (M.A. UKCP; TEP) is a pioneer in psychodrama. Co-Founder of BPA and FEPTO, she has received the JL Moreno Lifetime Achievement Award and others. Co-Director of Holwell International Centre for Psychodrama, she is also Co-Editor of key psychodrama publications. Marcia has been on the faculty of the Indian Institute of Psychodrama since 2018. Jonathan D. Moreno, from the USA, is an esteemed bioethicist and the David and Lyn Silfen University Professor, Emeritus at the University of Pennsylvania. He advises the Center for Health, Ethics and Society in Hamburg, Germany, and is a member of the National Academy of Medicine. Moreno is also affiliated with the Kennedy Institute of Ethics and the Committee on Human Rights at the National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine
Keynote Speaker - Eva Fahlström Borg
Eva Fahlström Borg, based in Sweden, is a senior licensed psychotherapist and psychodramatist specializing in transgenerational trauma. She works globally as a teacher, trainer, and supervisor in psychotherapy, psychodrama, and conflict transformation through Restorative Justice. Co-founder of FEPTO, Eva is a recipient of the FEPTO Lifetime Achievement Award and a 2022 Fellow of IAGP. (Workshop Leader)
Keynote Speaker - Clark Baim
Based in the UK, Dr. Clark Baim is a Senior Trainer, Clinical Supervisor, and Psychodrama Psychotherapist. He is the Director of the Birmingham Institute for Psychodrama and former Honorary President of the British Psychodrama Association (BPA). A recipient of the BPA Lifetime Achievement Award, Clark has published extensively on psychodrama, attachment theory, and criminal justice rehabilitation.(Workshop Leader)
Chief Felicitation Guest - Dr. Jochen Becker-Ebel
Based in Germany, Dr. Jochen Becker-Ebel holds a Ph.D. in Theology and is a trainer and supervisor in Psychodrama and Gestalt. He is the founder of Vedadrama and owner of the German PIB. As a dedicated trainer, he has trained over 120 psychotherapists and coaches in comprehensive 4-year programs with 880 hours, integrating new Indian approaches in Psychodrama. (Workshop Leader)

Based in Chennai, Magdalene Jeyarathnam is India’s first trained psychodramatist, trainer, and supervisor. Mentored by experts like Sue Daniel and Dr. Herb Propper, she is also a Director at the International Association of Group Psychotherapy (IAGP) and a certified international trainer. She was recently honored by the ASGPP for her work with the LGBTQI community.
Rashmi Datt
Based in Delhi, Rashmi Datt is the CEO of Vedadrama, a Psychodrama training institute certified by the German Humanistic Psychodrama Institute PIB, Hamburg. An Executive Coach and OD Consultant with 39 years of experience, she uses Psychodrama to guide teams and individuals from EQ (Emotional Intelligence) to WeQ (Collaborative Intelligence). She has authored two books on EQ.
Savita Dhawan
Based in Germany, Savita Dhawan is a Director of Psychodrama TEP/NBE. Trained across Europe and the USA, she has been a trainer, supervisor, and examiner in Psychodrama since 1993. Savita played a key role in introducing Psychodrama to India in 1996 alongside Leif Dag Blomkvist and Primula Pandit.
Dr. T.T. Srinath
Dr. T.T. Srinath, Ph.D., is an accredited sensitivity trainer based in Chennai, with expertise in Gestalt, Psychodrama, and Sociodrama. He is certified by Sociodrama & Action Methods and accredited by the British Psychodrama Association.
Dr. Amitabh Ghosh
Based in Mumbai, Dr. Amitabh Ghosh is a trauma-informed psychiatrist and psychotherapist with 20 years of experience. He holds over 1200 hours of psychodrama training. Certified in Traumatic Stress Studies, he is skilled in EMDR, Compassionate Inquiry, Somatic Attachment Therapy, and more. Also an actor and award-winning filmmaker, Dr. Ghosh brings creativity and depth to his therapeutic work.
Hemant Taneja
Based in Delhi, Hemant Taneja is an experienced Organization Development Consultant, Psychodrama practitioner, and Coach. With 25 years of experience, he has worked in leadership roles across MNCs like American Express and Agilent Technologies, specialising in business operations, talent management, and human resources.
Julia Vinckler Nannattu
Hailing from Estonia, Julia Vinckler-Nannattu is a psychodramatist with over 20 years of experience. She specializes in psychogenealogy, transgenerational therapy, art therapy, and trauma-informed therapy. A member of the Estonian Psychodrama Society and the European Association of Psychotherapy, Julia works with diverse groups and individuals to foster healing and personal growth.
Sarita Shah
Based in Ahmedabad, Sarita Shah is a therapist with 17 years of experience, specializing in in-depth personal process work. She integrates Inner Bonding and Psychodrama, having created her own unique method, “Miniature Structure using Psychodrama.” Sarita works with individuals, couples, and groups, and leads workshops on parenting, teacher sensitization, and life skills for preventive emotional health.
Klaus Ernst Harter
Based in Germany, Klaus Ernst Harter has been a key supporter of psychodrama development in India since 2014. With 40 years of experience managing an outpatient addiction treatment center, Klaus specializes in addiction and trauma as a psychodrama therapist. He is also the co-owner of the Moreno Institute for Psychodrama, where he teaches in Germany and Russia.
